III. What is PICASSO ADMINISTRATION?

In order to complete the duties assigned to him by the Court, the Administrator of the Estate has created and manages a company “PICASSO ADMINISTRATION” to which he has given mandate in particular to administer, collect, distribute and monitor the rights attached to the monopoly of Pablo PICASSO.

PICASSO ADMINISTRATION acts for and on behalf of the Succession Picasso. It is merely an administration tool in the service of the Succession Picasso, the only right holder of the monopoly.

All requests for the use of the works, the likeness, and/or the name of Picasso must be handled by PICASSO ADMINISTRATION (either directly, or indirectly via its representatives abroad), which carries out the administrative work (drafting of contracts, printer’s proofs, invoicing).
